TSA Plans Large EDS Maintenance Contracts with L-3, Morpho Detection

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) plans to award L-3 Communications [LLL] and Safran Group's Morpho Detection business each a contract potentially worth hundreds of millions of dollars over five years for Performance Based Logistics of the companies' respective explosives detection systems used by the agency to screen checked bags for explosives at some of the nation's airports.
