HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – An Army acquisition official here this week laid out the fiscal year 2025 competition opportunities the service is exploring in counter-drone areas to ensure the service has the best systems going forward. “In FY 25 we're going to be competing a [Forward Area Air Defense , FAAD] command and control (C2) replacement, what we call IBCS Maneuver.
