Viavi Solutions To Acquire Navigation Solutions Company Inertial Labs

Viavi Solutions [VIAV] last Friday said it has agreed to acquire Inertial Labs, Inc., in a deal valued at up to $325 million to expand its presence in domestic and international aerospace and defense markets. Viavi, which is based in Arizona, said it expects the acquisition to add about $50 million in sales in 2025. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, and has been approved by both company’s boards. Deal…
