Veritas Capital on Tuesday said it has made a strategic investment in Epiq Solutions, a provider of radio frequency (RF) solutions and components for the aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed although Epiq, which is based near Chicago, is now a portfolio company of Veritas. The company will still be led by its co-founders who retains a significant ownership position.
