URS Corp. [URS] June 4 said the company is part of a partnership with Capita plc, which has entered into 10-year, potential $670 million contract with the U.K. Ministry of Defense (MoD) to manage the U.K.’s national and international defense estate portfolio. The partnership is led by U.K.-based Capita, working in conjunction with URS, headquartered in San Francisco, and U.K. firm PA Consulting.
