The Department of the Army designated U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) as an Army Service Component Command (ASCC) on July 11, the Army said Friday.This designation, signed by Secretary of the Army Eric Fanning, brings ARCYBER’s roles and authorities in line with other ASCCs like U.S. Army Europe and Special Operations Command.
