
A U.S. based business of France’s Thales will acquire a small unit of Boeing [BA] that serves the intelligence, defense, and homeland security markets. Terms of deal were not disclosed. Boeing said it is selling its Digital Receiver Technology (DRY) unit to Maryland-based Thales, Defense & Security, Inc.
