Commercial remote sensing data and imagery has proven to be useful in allowing the Navy to alert allies and partners to potential bad behavior in the maritime domain due to the unclassified nature of the technology, the Navy’s chief overseeing an effort to evaluate and integrate asymmetric capabilities said on Wednesday.
