State Department Approves Nearly $1 Billion In FMS Deals For Italy, India, And Romania

After a record year of potential foreign military sales (FMS) announcements, the State Department on Monday kicked off fiscal year 2025 with three possible deals worth up to $965 million combined for Italy, India, and Romania.
