The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) has issued a source sought notice for assistance in supporting the Defense, Homeland Security and Justice Departments with counter-terrorism technology needs, intelligence gathering technology, and the overall development of biometric technology that can be utilized and shared throughout the government to aid in the Global War on Terror.
