Several Firms To Compete On $4 Billion Army Communications And Transmission Systems Work

The Army has issued a multiple award five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an overall ceiling value of $4.1 billion to 12 companies to provide global communication systems for the service.
