The Senate Appropriations Committee (SAC) raised the Department of Homeland Security’s FY ’15 cybersecurity budget $10 million over what House appropriators and the budget request recommended, highlighting the changes in a report released Monday. The SAC homeland security spending bill gives cybersecurity $757 million compared to $745 and $746 in the House Appropriations Committee and budget request, respectively.
