Saab and IBD Deisenroth Engineering announced the signature of a co-operation agreement to develop advanced vehicle survivability for land, sea, and air applications, Saab said on Thursday.
“The co-operation with IBD will give our companies a possibility to provide effective survivability solutions and it will give the possibility to provide new high tech solutions”, Görgen Johansson, head of the Saab Dynamics business area, said in a statement.
Ulf Deisenroth, president of IBD added, “The worldwide presence of our cooperation partner Saab will allow IBD a much better access to international markets for the new advanced technologies.”
IBD is a German company engaged in research, development, and manufacturing products that provide a defense capability to protect military platforms from attacks.
