Rockwell Collins [COL] this week said it has completed its acquisition of SEOS, a provider of visual display solutions for commercial and military flight simulators. Terms of the deal, which adds to Rockwell Collins' capabilities in the simulation business, were not disclosed. SEOS will become part of the company's Simulation and Training Solutions organization. The acquisition is expected to be slightly accretive to Rockwell Collins' earnings in its fiscal year 2009, which began Oct. 1.
