Raytheon and Jenoptik Partner For Global Patriot Power Generators

Raytheon [RTN] and Germany's Lechmotoren, a company of the Jenoptik Group, are partnering to produce advanced power generators for the Patriot air and missile defense system, Raytheon said on April 24.The contract between the companies directs Jenoptil to build power plants, power generators, test equipment, and spares for an unnamed global partner of the Patriot system. The companies are also discussing opportunities to provide power generation equipment for two more Patriot partner nations, one from NATO, Raytheon said."Raytheon looks forward…
