The private equity firm Platinum Equity on Tuesday said it has completed its acquisition of PAE from another private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg, LLC.Terms of the deal, which was first announced in January, were not disclosed.Lindsay Goldberg acquired PAE from Lockheed Martin [LMT] in 2011.
