PAE To Acquire A-T Solutions, Expanding National Security Business

Global mission solutions provider PAE on Thursday said it has agreed to acquire A-T Solutions in a deal that will further expand its national security work.Terms of the deal, which is expected to close later this month subject to federal regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
