Pacific Defense Acquires Technology Firm Spear Research

Pacific Defense on Thursday evening said it has acquired Spear Research, a small New Hampshire-based company focused on electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and autonomous networked sensor systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Spear Research has core competencies in radio frequency engineering, advanced signal processing, autonomous command and control, and system integration.
