Orbital ATK Awarded $90 Million Contract For Northrop Grumman’s B-2 Stealth Bombers

Orbital ATK [OA] announced a $90 million initial contract from Northrop Grumman [NOC] to extend the service life and provide composite components for the B-2 Spirit stealth bombers over the next five years.Orbital will provide Non-Recurring Engineering services to Northrop Grumman and will produce 17 Hot Trailing Edge composite parts for the aircraft as per the deal, the company said on Tuesday.The B-2 Spirit has been a part of the U.S. Air Force’s long-range strike arsenal since 1997 and is…
