Northrop Grumman Completes Acquisition Of M5

Northrop Grumman [NOC] yesterday said it has completed its purchase of Australia’s M5 Network Security, expanding its ability to provide cyber security and communications solutions to customers in Australia. M5’s customers include Australia’s military and intelligence services. The company provides cyber security and secure mobile communications products and services. Northrop Grumman first announced the deal in June and said it would not affect its financial guidance for 2012, although it didn’t provide details of the transaction (Defense Daily, June 8).
