NGA Releases RFP For $708 Million Data Labeling Effort In Support Of GEOINT AI

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) on Monday said it has issued its largest solicitation ever for data labeling, the planned $708 million Sequoia contract that will strengthen the agency’s use of computer vision to automatically ferret out potential targets of interest for combatant commands, warfighters, and other decision-makers. The winner of the seven-year, single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract will use manual inputs to label data that will be used to help build the artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML)-enabled models…
