Maritime Domain Awareness, Communications Still Key In Latest DoD Arctic Strategy

Enhancing maritime domain awareness and communications capabilities remain hallmarks of Defense Department’s updated Arctic strategy, which also maintains the “monitor-and-respond” approach in pursuit of U.S. interests and preserving stability in the region.
