ManTech To Acquire Digital Technology Services Firm Definitive Logic

ManTech International Corp. on Tuesday said it has agreed to acquire Definitive Logic, which provides consultative and technology solutions around digital transformation to companies in the defense, homeland security, and federal civilian markets. Terms of the deal, which requires regulatory approval and is expected to close early this fall, were not disclosed.
