MAG Aerospace To Acquire C5ISR Services Provider AASKI Technology

MAG Aerospace on Monday said it has agreed to acquire AASKI Technology, a provider of professional services for C5ISR solutions to various defense agencies, government, allied and commercial customers. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close during the second quarter, were not disclosed. AASKI, which is based in New Jersey, is a minority woman-owned business with 400 engineers.
