Lockheed Martin Receives $218 Million For First Delivery Of 18 HIMARS To Romania

Lockheed Martin [LMT] has received a $218 million deal to begin delivering 18 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) launchers to Romania.The 18 M142 HIMARS launchers are the first of 54 total that Lockheed Martin will deliver under a $1.3 billion foreign military sale with Romania that the State Department originally approved in August 2017.Lockheed Martin is expected to complete deliveries for the first 18 HIMARS by December 2020.The previously approved FMS deal with Romania will also include 81 Guided Multiple…
