Leidos Posts Uptick in Security Business; International Lagging

Leidos [LDOS] saw modest growth in its security solutions work during the third quarter of fiscal year 2022 but the growth driver ahead will be a return to international air travel, company officials said. The aviation security business overseas is largely driven by air travel and “tends to be funded by ticket surcharges,” Roger Krone, chairman and CEO of Leidos, said Nov. 1 on the company’s earnings call.
