L3 Closes Deals For New Trenchant Business Unit

L3 Technologies [LLL] on Friday said it has completed its acquisitions of Azimuth Security and Linchpin Labs, which will now operate as L3 Trenchant within the company’s ISR Systems segment.L3 first announced the acquisitions in July, deals that are part of the company’s renewed focus under Chris Kubasik, who took over as CEO of L3 at the start of the year.
