L-com Acquires Connectivity Company MilesTek

Low volume network connectivity supplier L-com yesterday said it has acquired MilesTek Corp., a provider of specialized network connectivity products for military and commercial end markets, giving it military avionics products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. L-com is a portfolio company of the private equity firm Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC.
