KPMG To Acquire Identity And Access Management Business Of Cyberinc

The auditing and consulting firm KPMG LLP on Wednesday said it has agreed to acquire the global identity and access management business of Cyberinc, providing it with additional talent for its information security consulting services.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cyberinc, which is based in California’s Silicon Valley, is a subsidiary of Aurionpro Solutions Limited, which is headquartered in India and California.Cyberinc’s identity and access management business includes 190 personnel that provide advisory, strategy, implementation and managed services for…
