J.F. Lehman Firm US Joiner Acquires Assets From Maritime Services Corp.

The private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Co. on Friday said its portfolio company US Joiner has acquired certain assets of Maritime Services Corp. (MSC), a provider of millwork, installation and ship interior outfitting to a range of customers from cruise ships to military vessels. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. J.F.
