ICx to Supply $18M in Cerberus Towers to Army, Border Patrol

The Army has awarded ICx Technologies [ICXT] a $14 million contract to supply Cerberus mobile surveillance towers under the Base Expeditionary Targeting and Surveillance Sensors-Combined (BETSS-C) program that is run by the Asymmetric Warfare Office. The towers combine high resolution radars with thermal and imaging cameras on a common software platform to identify and track potential intruders.
