Huntington Ingalls Industries Completes Acquisition Of Camber, Stands Up Technical Solutions Division

Shipbuilder Huntington Ingalls Industries [HII] on Friday completed its $380 million acquisition of government services provider Camber Corp. and formed a new $1 billion operating division HII Technical Solutions that will be led by Andy Green.HII Technical Solutions brings together Camber and HII’s other service businesses, including AMSEC, Continental Maritime of San Diego, Newport News Industrial, SN3, Undersea Solutions Group, and UniversalPegasus International.
