House Appropriators Recommend Over $3 Billion More For Shipbuilding Industrial Base In 2026

The House Appropriations Committee’s defense subcommittee wants to continue bolstering the shipbuilding and maritime industrial base by providing it with over $3 billion in funds according to the committee’s draft fiscal year 2026 defense funding bill.
