General Dynamics [GD] and Thales Australia said March 11 they have signed a teaming memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the intention to submit a bid in response to the Land 400 Phase 2-Mounted Combat Reconnaissance Capability Request For Tender.The two companies have a proven track record of working together across a broad range of vehicle programs.
