General Dynamics Gets Green Light For Double V-Hull Stryker Vehicles

General Dynamics [GD] received a $73.4 million contract to produce 45 Stryker armored combat vehicles with the double V-hull configuration, an Oct. 13 Defense Department contract announcement said. In August, the company received $9.8 million to purchase materials that would support production of such double-V-hull vehicles (Defense Daily, Aug. 10).
