General Dynamics [GD] has been awarded a Design Engineering Support Program (DESP) III contract to provide engineering and high-level technical support for all Air Force Materiel Command weapon systems, components and support equipment, according to a company statement. The five-year, multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ), issued by Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-LAC) at Hill AFB, Utah, has a potential value of $1.9 billion to all 26 awardees, according to a statement.
