General Dynamics [GD] yesterday said that Thomas Kirchmaier has been appointed president of the Advanced Information Systems business, part of the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) group. Kirchmaier, 56, succeeds Lewis Von Thaer, who resigned in April. Kirchmaier reports to David Heebner, executive vice president of IS&T.
