GAO Denies Protest Of SNC’s HADES Win, Army Deemed L3Harris’ Bid ‘Unacceptable’

Sierra Nevada Corporation is cleared to move ahead on work as the lead integrator for the Army’s next-generation aerial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) jet after L3Harris’ [LHX] protest of the award to decision was rejected.
