The French Delegation Generale Pour L'armement (DGA) is the first subscriber to NATO's Join Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Step 1 Testing, under the Distributed Networked Battle Labs framework, managed by the NATO C3 Agency (NC3A).
