The Department of Commerce Patent and Trademark Office has issued a Request for Information for tools and techniques for situational awareness and incident response of its network enterprise. The office has developed a Chief Information Officer Command Center (C3) to manage situational awareness and incident response. The office is interested in technologies, or prototype solutions, that enhance C3 staff performance, increase interdepartmental adoption of new system monitoring techniques, and provide ease of use in viewing the status of systems by the C3 staff and a wide hose of CIO Office staff members in different departments.
