The Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Enterprise (CW) plans to issue a Request for Proposals around Sept. 19 seeking technical reach back support in the area of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosives for a five-year base period and one five-year option.
