DTRA Awards ICx $9.1M to Participate in Two Advanced Tech Demos

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has awarded ICx Technologies [ICXT] two awards worth up to $9.1 million total to participate in two separate Advanced Technology Demonstrations, one for site restoration and the other for rapid surveillance of a potentially hazardous area. The Hazard Mitigation Material and Equipment Restoration effort is aimed at developing an integrated system of decontaminants, applications and processes that provide a means to mitigate chemical and biological hazards.
