The Defense Department has issued a sources sought notice conducting market research to determine the extent to which small business is capable of performing as a prime contractor for a new multi-functional requirement to directly support creation and operation of the Defense Forensic Enterprise System. The primary customer will be the Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory at Fort Gillem, Ga.
