The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a Broad Agency Announcement seeking proposals for a distributed, "ubiquitous" chemical and biological sensing network called CELL-ALL. The program is aimed at accelerating advances in miniaturized biological and chemical sensing with integration into common devices such as cell phones and a communication systems concept for large-scale multi-sensor networks.
