Cubic Enters Cyber Security Space With Small Acquisition

Cubic Corp. [CUB] yesterday said it has acquired Safe Harbor Holdings, Inc., a small supplier of customized hardware and software for cyber solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. "This acquisition launches Cubic's participation in the cyber security market and enhances our network security credentials in the intelligence community," Jeff Snyder, vice president of Cyber Solutions for Cubic Defense Applications, said in a statement.
