[CSRA] on Monday announced two new appointments to its leadership team, Leigh Palmer, who will head the firm’s Intelligence Group and Christian Marrone, head of government relations.Palmer, executive vice president of the Intelligence Group, joins CSRA from Britain’s BAE Systems where she most recently was vice president of National Information Technology Mission Systems within that company’s Intelligence and Security sector.Marrone most recently served as chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security, reporting directly to Homeland Security…
