Raytheon Technologies, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, is awarded a $27,596,535 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-16-C-6423 to exercise options for the production of the MK54 lightweight torpedo MOD 0 and MOD 1 common part kits and spare torpedo components. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (67%); and the governments of Spain and Brazil (33%) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island; and Keyport, Washington (5%), and is expected to be completed by May 2025. Fiscal 2022 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $18,234,431 (66%); FMS Spain and FMS Brazil funds in the amount of $9,015,184 (33%), and fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $346,920 (1%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
