Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $12,696,010 modification (P00010) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001920F0088) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0005). This modification adds scope to provide non-recurring engineering for requirements development, systems engineering technical reviews, certification planning, initial requirements change requests, procurement strategy source selection packages, performance based navigation certification plan, initial system safety, cyber, program protection and exportability analysis, integrated master schedule, and other associated technical deliverables in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye cockpit redesign. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida (99.76%); and Patuxent River, Maryland (0.24%), and is expected to be completed in June 2023. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $12,600,000 will be obligated at the time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
