Cobham Completes Acquisition Of Trivec-Avant

Britain's Cobham recently said it has completed its purchase of satellite communications technologies for $126 million in cash. The deal, which was first announced in September, has an earn out provision of up to $18 million payable between 2013 and 2014, based on future performance. California-based Trivec makes satellite communications antennas for communications on the move, including airborne, land-based, shipboard and vehicle-based.
