Brig. Gen. William Crosby, deputy program executive officer, Aviation, at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., will become program executive officer, the Army announced Oct. 27. Crosby will succeed Paul Bogosian who has held the position since 2004. The Change of Charter ceremony is slated for Dec. 12.
